** Any queries, faults, or returns relating to items purchased through a store or retailer must be handled directly with the original place of purchase. **
FAULTS
If there is a fault with an item/s purchased please:
- Go to our Contact page within 10 days of receiving your item/s.
- Enter your contact information.
- Fill in the problem you have, including your order number, and click SEND MESSAGE. We will then be in touch about the next steps.
FIT & SUITABILITY
If an item doesn’t fit or does not suit you, and you would like to return it, please:
- Go to our Contact page within 10 days of receiving your item/s.
- Enter your contact information.
- Fill in what your request is, and click SEND MESSAGE. We will then be in touch about what further action is required.
Returns for incorrect sizing or items that are not suitable are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping charges will apply for any replacement items sent.
** As our products are shipped from New Zealand, all returns must be sent back to our New Zealand address at the buyer’s expense. **
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition as supplied, with all tags still attached, and in a re-saleable condition. Please ensure your order number is included with your return.
Returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they have been received by our returns department. For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked courier service when sending items back.
If you are returning an item from outside New Zealand, please check with your local Customs office, as any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that any refund issued will exclude the original shipping charge for the garment sent to you.
