How do I track my order?

How much will shipping cost?
Free shipping $61 and over New Zealand wide, $7.00 flat rate $60 and under. Sent via Post Haste Couriers.
Free shipping $151 and over Australia wide, $15.00 flat rate $150 and under. Sent via DHL Express.
Rest of the World - Sent via DHL Express with a flat rate of $39.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes, via DHL Express - flat rate of $39.00.

How can I cancel my order?
Please visit our Contact Us page and request cancelling your order as soon as possible. If your order has already been picked up by the courier, you will have to return it at your own cost.
How can I exchange an item?
To keep things fast and easy we do not offer exchanges. We also do not want you missing out! Simply order the correct style/size required and return the unsuitable item to us for refund.
The item/s being returned must be in its original condition when supplied to you, with all tags still attached, in a re-saleable condition and you must have your order number included with it.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Go to our Contact Us page within 10 days of receiving your item/s.
Enter your Order number and explain that you received the wrong item/s. We will then reply with the next course of action.
