Faults

If there is a fault with an item/s purchased please:

  • Go to our Contact page within 5 days of receiving your item/s.
  • Select Returns & Exchanges from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter your order number in the Subject field.
  • Fill in the problem you have and click Send. We will then be in touch about getting the item/s back to us and any further action required.

Fit & Suitability

If an item doesn’t fit or does not suit you, and you would like to return it, please:

  • Go to our Contact page within 5 days of receiving your item/s.
  • Select Returns & Exchanges from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter your order number in the Subject field.
  • Fill in what your request is and click Send. We will then be in touch about what further action is required.

Any return of goods due to incorrect sizing or not being suitable will be at the customer’s expense, and postage will be charged for replacements provided.

The item/s must be in its original condition when supplied to you, with all tags still attached, in a re-saleable condition and you must have your order number included with it.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our returns department. We suggest you use a tracked courier service to return items.

If you are returning an item from an international country other than New Zealand please check with your local Customs as all duties & taxes are your responsibility.

Please note: Any refund given will be minus the freight charge for the original garment sent to the customer.
